Beautiful but noisy

Their breakfast was amazing! They provided us with gluten-free bread which was delicious. They had very good coffee and a wide selection of food. The hotel itself is beautiful and staff very helpful. It is located in the very city centre.

If you're a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you. It's right in the city centre, so you hear people from the pub across the street almost half the night. When the pub closes, you still hear cars passing by, because the windows are not very well isolated. And if you're unlucky like us, you hear your neighbours snoring the whole night. When we finally managed to get some sleep in the morning, another neighbour switched on their TV and we could hear their programme almost as if they were in our room. Another disadvantage is that they charge you extra for parking in their garage. Also the beds could have been more comfortable, but they weren't bad.

The Cosmo restaurant and bar are great. A real local hub and good buzz. Food in the restaurant was fabulous. Best location for central Brunico.

Amazing hotel at the heart of a charming town

Amazing. Truly, truly amazing stay. Just at the heart of the town. 1. The size of the room was marevlous! Clean, with lots of amenities, on the best location at the hotel. 2. The friendliness of the staff - we were at lots of places, this staff was truly amazing. 3. The breakfast - where do I even begin? So many options. No matter what you taste - it tastes good.

The restaurant at the lobby of the hotel needs a serious wake-up call! A regular dinner service was so slow it took us 3.5 hours just to finish the dinner. We gave up on dessert simply because we didn't have more time to spare.

Best value for money stay in Brunico.

Very nice room for the value. The mattress very firm. I have back problems and I slept very well. Excellent location in the city easily accessible to shopping, bars, restaurants and excellent dine in facilities.

The shower could be of a better type, body shower raised in the middle of the bathtub, but, similar to other hotels with same layout. the Tize of the bathroom and two sinks compensated the overall feeling.

Great Stay

Room was spacious and clean. Location was quite central. there is a supermarket just beside the hotel. Parking is very secured with gates.

Room design was a bit dated although it was renovated in 2020. Room could do with more lights, it was quite dark, esp the area at the dresser in the room.

We have been coming to the Post Hotel for the opening of the ski season for five years now, and we plan to come for many more years. Accommodation, parking, food, staff and price-quality ratio are excellent.

Great location, charming Look, clean room, parking place and wonderful atmosphere in the culinary area.

The staff was quite unfriendly for an Italian environment.

It was good

Nice location, huge room with AC and minibar. Good beds. Restaurant in the hotel. Parking garage under the hotel. Good and complete breakfast with nice personel. Good restaurant with friendly personel.

Stay was pretty expensive if you look at state of the room: it was huge but not so modern; Bathroom did have some some flaws (shower head) and could use some updating; the room in general as well. I would suggest to make the parking garage free for hotelguests or with some discount. Remarkable: the parking garage exit was a (free?) entry for locals who went for working? I could not leave the garage for a while in the early morning (7:30 AM) as a lot of cars where entering the garage through the Exit. One day a truck was unloading just outside the Exit. I could hardly leave again. A miracle I managed to do so without any damage to my car. Outside the locals were waiting in line for the truck to leave: they did not dare to enter the garage the time. This is not good Hotel Post. Exit shoud be only for leaving not for entering, right..?

Lovely hotel in the centre of Brunico

The hotel was in a great location, a short walk from the train station and close by to plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The gym facilities were excellent and the breakfast was to a good standard. We really enjoyed our stay here in Brunico and would recommend to other travellers!
